- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item acquisition of Baker Instrument Automated Surge/HiPot/Resistance Tester. This solicitation is Sole Source, IAW FAR 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements- because of compatibility with existing equipment and operating software. Solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to: FAC 2005-36, Effective: 10 Sep 2009 & Class Deviation 2009-o0011, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2009-0803. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award.
