- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk, Other Dairy Items, and Fruit Juices for customers in the Georgia area. These customers include: Ft. Gordon, GA, Robbins AFB, GA, Moody AFB, GA, Turner Job Corps Center, GA, Marine Corps Logistics Base, GA, and Ft. Benning, GA. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Milk, Other Dairy Items, and Fruit Juices for delivery beginning November 22, 2009 and ending November 19, 2011. The contract period will be twenty-four (24) months. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for fluid milk items and all other prices will be firm fixed. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date: September 23, 2009.
