- This is a special notice to inform the public of the use of the Recovery Act funds. RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR HEALTHY RESOURCE ENTERPRISE, INC BY STATUTE UNDER DEFENSE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION SUPPLEMENT (DFARS) 219.800. The Contract Specialist for this action will be DeYon Francis (817) 886-1046; or by e-mail at deyon.a.francis@usace.army.mil. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to perform paving of service roads and parking lots and guardrail repair services at various locations around Wright Patman Lake (Maulden Lake Entrance Road, Wright Patman Headquarters, Stillen Basin, Rocky Point, and Clear Springs) located in Bowie and Cass Counties, Texas. All paving activities shall be in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and technical specifications. NAICS code is 237310. Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 Million.
