- The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards AFB, CA intends to award, on a sole source basis, a fixed price, six month contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to Information International Associates, (IIA). Service is required to start on 01 OCTOBER 2009 to 31 MARCH 2010, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Six, one month each options may or may not be exercised for the period beginning 01 APRIL 2010 through 30 SEPTEMBER 2010. Service includes providing Human Resource Development (HRD) Services to authorized customers in the areas of educational services, training management, on-the-job (OJT) administration, and facility management. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
