- This requirement is for NSN 6680-01-415-4025, Tachometer, Electric, Non Self Generating which is identified by Ametek, Inc., (06046) P/N 49556. RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 72 ea for the base and each option year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 120 days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptanceat Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Soliciaton will be Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the procedures contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commerical Items for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225.7036, Buy America Act - Free Trade Agreement - Balanance of Payments Program applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
