- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items. 1) Forward Hanger Subassembly (in accordance with Drawing 1204AS108), Qty 41; 2) Hanger Center, Assembly (in accordance with Drawing 1569519), Qty 41; 3) Hanger, Aft Assembly (in accordance with Drawing 1156922), Qty 41; 4) Kit Rocket Motor Safe-Arm Selector (in accordance with drawing 639AS10031), Qty 41. This requirement is sole sourced to: Cliffdale Mfg., INC., 20409 Prairie St, Chatsworth, CA 91311, as they are the only First Article qualified supplier of components. Any firms believing that they can provide the products may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
