- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Cager Assembly (Conforming to GD drawing 30003-639AS4758), Qty 301; 2) Rolleron Assembly (Conforming to GD drawing 30003-639AS4938), Qty 179. This requirement is sole sourced to: General Dynamics OTS (DRI) Inc., 1425 Commerce Blvd, Anniston, AL 36207-9449, as they are the only producer of these products. Any firms believing that they can provide the products may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
