- The Department of Veterans Affairs Mid Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6), has a need for and intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for Mid-Career training with MLH Training, Inc., 250 King St., San Francisco, CA, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Contractor duties are to provide the information needed to make or assist in making mid-career decisions related to retirement planning; to educate attendees about social security, medicare, thrift Savings plan, financial and estate planning. This proposed procurement is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The NAICS Code is 541612, $7.0M. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
