- This is a notice of intent to for the OCC to issue a Sole Source award to SAS. The OCC’s Economic Department has a requirement to purchase twenty additional software licenses (SAS-ADDON-26C and associated licenses (SAS/F SP, SASASSIST, SAS/CONNECT, SAS ACCESS TO PCFF, SAS/ACCESS TO OBDC, SAS/GRAPH & SAS/AF) and SAS-ANLADD-26PC and associated licenses (SAS/ETS, SAS/IML, SAS/STAT, SAS/INSIGHT) to assist with providing more members of their staff with assess to the analytics software solution. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(2). This is not a request for quote and other sources will not be sought for this requirement.
