Description

RECOVERY - IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN 8(a) SOLE SOURCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO ENDARA ENTERPRISES LLC., 225 N. COMMON ST. SHREVEPORT, LA 71101. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: This project is to remove and install new poles base wide. Replacement poles shall be class two poles unless they are inline poles supporting lighter weight conductor. Pursuant to section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637 (a)), and in accordance with 13 CFR 124.1-1(c) and FAR 19.8. The Small Business Administration has accepted this requirement on behalf of ENDARA ENTERPRISES, LLC. OF SHREVEPORT,LA.
