- RECOVERY--PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: Job Order Contract, W911S2-08-D-8002-0135, Cadence Contract Services LLC, 30139 State Route 3, Black River, NY 13612-2092. The Directorate of Contracting will modify task order W911S2-08-D-8002-0135 Replace Wells 6 and 8 due to an unknown differing site condition. Additional work is required to re-drill the well due to an obstruction in the ground. This was funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers.
