- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91YTZ-09-T-0246. This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to ESTENDA SOLUTIONS, INC for BI-DIRECTIONAL MERGING OF THE COMPREHENSIVE DIABETES PROGRAM based on URGENCY.
