- Requirements List DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to FormSoft Group Ltd, 10863 Yankee Road, Dayton, OH 45458. This acquisition is for the renewal of FormFinder Software Maintenance. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance has one base year (1 Oct 2009 - 30 Sep 2010). The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See the attached "Needs List" spreadsheet for specific product requirements. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541512 for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within 3 business days of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
