- Justification and approval document for sole source award to MUMPS AudioCARE This announcement constitutes public notice of intent to purchase a Patient Notification System from MUMPS AudioCARE Systems, 1436 Lancaster Avenue Ste 260, Berwyn, PA 19312. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The proposed system is procured by Tricare Management Activity for all clinics Air Force-wide. Referencing F2E4MG9244A001, all responses shall be sent to the attention of Deborah K.
