- RECOVERY - LITTLE ROCKIES FIRE STATION WATER SYSTEM/LDDFR0450000. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for furnishing labor, equipment, and materials, except for specified Government-Furnished property, to install a cistern, two pumps, piping and other water system related work. Work under this contract is located at the BLM Little Rockies Fire Station one mile East of Zortman, Montana in Phillips County. The Solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around October 9, 2009 at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for November 9, 2009. All reasonable sources may submit a quote. Please check the solicitation for all required documentation to be submitted. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 237110. The small business standard is $33.5 million. This is a total small business set-aside. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications must be completed online in order to be considered for award.
