Description
Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0949 will contain one NSN 6340-00-15-07015 for a Control, Alarm/ End Item Application: Various End Items. This requirement is being solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be procured IAW PN 1-899-15 compatible with PN SCD1-899-15 Sole Source to Eldec Corporation CAGE 08748 and will be solicited as unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: EAQ: 210 each, MAQ: 420 each for the base year and each option year; guaranteed minimum base year only 53 each. FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. Delivery Schedule 96 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not therefore request for such data should not be submitted to the DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is estimated at October 9, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around the estimated issue date of October 9.2009 or as cited in the RFP.
