- NAICS Code: 513322 The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 Office intends to negotiate on a sole source with CELLCO Partnership, Verizon Wireless, for Wireless Service which includes several product names and pricing plans. EPA believes that this is the only one manufacturerof wireless service that can best serve Region 6 geographical areas through the wireless communications services made available from Verizon Wireless and its telecommunications infrastructure. Specifications are located at:http://ww.epa.gov/region6/rfqThis proposed action is for equipment and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotes received within 2 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed simplified acquisition requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Response must include detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet these requirements. Responses shall also include itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required prior to execution of an award. If no respnses are received, an award shall be made to CELLCO Partnership, Verizone Wireless.
