- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to negotiate an order with Cyberchannel, Inc., 175 Strafford Ave., Suite 1, Wayne, PA 19087-3340. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall provide the software license agreement, registration information, associated terms and conditions, support contact information, and Section 508 accessibility certification in electronic format to the following email address: AC@pbgc.gov. the Government is unaware of any other source that can provide the required electronic services. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, statements of capability to fulfill this requirement received from other responsible businesses prior to close of business on September 28, 2009 will be evaluated, for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offerors reponding to this notice must provide a statement of capability to Debra Trott that may be emailed to Trott.Debra@pbgc.gov.
