Description

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Priced Purchase Order The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Priced Purchase Order, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Dell Marketing located at One Dell Way, Round Rock Rd, TX 78682-0001 for Dell extended warranties for the Dell servers which are the essential components of the ADRRES/IRC secure, classified system at NARA. A Single Source justification was prepared in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This purchase order will include the following: Contract Line item 0001: Dell Extended Services; IAW the attached Description of Services. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE. All responses to this synopsis must be received in this office not later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on September 28, 2009, in order to be considered. The anticipated order issuance date is September 28, 2009. Questions shall be submitted electronically to Mr. Charles Cunningham, NARA Contractor Support, at charles.cunningham@nara.gov.
