Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation IAW FAR 12.603. The Dept of the Air Force intends to issue a sole source award to Tanfield Engineering Systems (US), Inc./Upright Division, 2686 S Maple Ave, Fresno, CA 93725-2108, for the following items: 0001: 1 each L4986 Engine Nacelle Stand 0002: 1 each L5301 RH (right hand) Cantilever Unit 0003: 1 Lot Assembly/Install The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED.
