Description

DESCRIPTION:The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Landmark Graphics Corporation in Houston, TX, for the purchase of one-year software maintenance for Pro-M Data Manager, XV2-M Seisvision 2D, SWC-M Seisxchange, Promax 2D 1 CPU, Promax 2d/3d License, Openworks-M Open Works, Seisworks 2D, Geodataload, and GGX Discovery. Landmark Graphics Corporation is the only known source for this requirement because of its sole proprietorship over the technology and equipment required. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). FAX response to 703.648.7367 or email to: jwatson1@usgs.gov.
