- Construction & ARRA Clauses SF1442 Schedule of Items/Scope of Work/Drawings *RECOVERY* SYNOPSIS Roadwork & Asphalt resurfacing This project is located at the Mansion of the Grey Towers National Historic Landmark, which is located in Milford, PA (old Owego Turnpike) ***** This solicitation is establilshed as a HUBZone Set-Aside. ***** In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA). A firm-fixed price award will result from this solicitation. Price range: Between $100,000 and $250,000 ========================================================================= The Project Manager, Jim Duckett, requested that interested bidders on this solicitation attend a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 9am.
