- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center Fort Bragg, NC intends to issue a solicitation a contractor to provide all personnel, supplies, materials and travel expenses to conduct the following services: 1) Evaluation and diagnosis by psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or developmental pediatrician with extensive training and experience in autism and related communication disorders. 2) Consultation in the school setting with written feedback by one or more staff (E.G. Psychoeducationl therapist, clinical director); 3) Training related to autism and other communication handicaps of children for Fort Bragg Schools teachers at one or more schools through one to two hour presentations as requested and reserved seats at no cost to Fort Bragg Schools at any two day training provided by the clinical specialist in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). 4) Individualized education program (IEP) meeting attendance and participation. Contractor shall provide a consultant with extensive experience and training in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Extensive training should include both structured teaching and applied behavioral analysis techniques. The contractor shall comply with Departement of Defense Instruction 14.02.5 criminal history background check on individuals in Child Care Services. The requirement will be a Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621330 with a size standard of $7M. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. A period of performance of 12-months is anticipated. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0468. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is 19 September 2009.
