- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124N09R0082. The Army Reserve Contracting Center West intends to issue a Solicitation for Design, manufacture, delivery and installation of a Tactical Training Base, consisting of 9 containerized Pre Fabricated buildings made from ISO containers in Training Area A at Camp Parks, Dublin, CA 94568. The facilities will consist of the following buildings: 1. (2) 16' X 40' Sleep Area Buildings.made each from 2 ISO containers with each 2 exterior doors, 4 windows, insulated and painted wood panel finished walls/ceiling, vinyl tile flooring, electrical/climate package 6' Clear-span opening between containers 2. (4) 24 X 40 Open Bay Sleep Area Buildings. Made each from 3 ISO containers modified to include 2 exterior doors, 4 windows, insulated and painted wood panel finished walls/ceiling, vinyl tile flooring, electrical/climate package. (2) 38' Clear-span opening w/column supports 3. (2) 16 X 40TAC Buildings. Made each from 2 ISO containers modified to include 4 doors, 4 windows, 16' and 6' clear-span openings between containers, insulated and painted wood panel finished walls/ceiling, vinyl tile flooring, (2) 8'x8' partition walls, electrical/data/climate package 4. (1) 32 X 40 Dining Facility / After Action Review Classroom (DFAC) made each from 4 ISO Containers modified to include 2 exterior doors, 6 windows, (3) 38' clear-span opening w/column supports, insulated and painted wood panel finished walls/ceiling, vinyl tile flooring, electrical/data/climate package. All items to conform to requirements of the statement of work. The delivery date is 60 days after receipt of award. Delivery is FOB. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS code, FSC code and size standard for this procurement are 332439/8145, 500. Pursuant to FAR 19.5, this acquisition is set aside for small businesses. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit quotes. To be eligible for award, offerors must have a current, valid registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation package, which will be numbered W9124N-09-R-0082 will be available via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about 17 Sept 2009. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the ASFI website. Interested companies are advised to check the website periodically for amendments. Offer date will be noted in the solicitation.
