- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking firms, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone, 8(A) OR Small Business with the ability to provide "AMBULETTE SERVICES" for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities within the Veterans Affairs New Jersey Healthcare System East Orange / Lyons Campuses and 10 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCS).The firm will be responsible for providing all vehicles, management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, equipment and reports and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of these required services. Firms must be able to demonstrate experience for the required services, it is preferred if the applicant has provided required services to other VA Medical Centers throughout the United States. The applicant must also provide minimum of three (3) "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar services. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, " AMBULETTE SERVICES VA-243-09-RQ-", then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, Socio-Economic category of the firm (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8A, HUBZONE or SMALL BUSINESS), complete address, phone & fax number of contact.
