- This is a notice of intent to extend research support services with Technology Management Company 14150 Parkeast Circle, Suite 110, Chantilly, VA 20151 under contract W81XWH-06-P-1108. This modification will extend current research support services until December 31, 2009. The services required in the Republic of Georgia and Azerbaijan involve recruitment of skilled personnel to support clinical research and training activities for the Biologic Threat Reduction Program (BTRP) as well as multiple other research funding sources, mostly from Department of Defense sources. The services will also involve management of supplies, volunteer compensation, fee-for-service compensation for training or research activities, transportation of employees and other incidental costs associated with conducting this operation. This is not a request for proposals. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and interest in performing these types of services to be considered for any future requests for these type of services. It is anticipated that a competitive follow on contract will be solicited in the first quarter of fiscal year 2010 for performance to begin in January 2010. Interested parties shall submit their capabilities to the Contracting Officer by 5:00 PM EST on September 27, 2009.
