- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QV109R0001HVAC. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Directorate of Contracting (DOC) Fort Belvoir, Virginia has a requirement for development of database design documents for HVAC Systems for all DAU buildings located at Ft Belvoir Campus; oversight of Design Management Services for installation HVAC System for Bldg 226 by design team from an architectural focus. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and all incidental expenses for HVAC design and management requirements. In compliance with FAR 5.201(a)(b)(i), the Government post this pre-solicitation notice with intention to award Sole Source follow-on to Dwight matthews AIA, Architect. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00.
