- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8604-09-Q-7050. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-35, Effective 11 Aug 2009, Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DFARS Current to DCN 20090825 Edition.
