Clark Enterprises, Inc.Ste B., 2503 58th StreetHampton, VA 23661-1225 Contract Amount: $565,094.00 The work of this contract consists of reconstruct the glasshouse parking lot and associated site work, construct hike/bike path at Neck of Land and associated site work and interpretive trail to Back River Shore at Neck of Land and associated site work. This is an SBA 8(a) sole source direct award procurement, pursuant to 15 USC 637(a).SBA requested this opportunity be set-aside under its 8(a) program and offered to Clark Enterprises based onprior construction experience in performing work of a similar nature.
