- RECOVERY – THIS ACTION IS PARTIALLY FUNDED BY THE RECOVERY ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO DELOITTE CONSULTING LLP. UNDER ITS DELIVERY ORDER CONTRACT FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. The Transportation Security Administration intends to exercise Option Year 1 of Delivery Order Contract HSTS04-08-F-CT8600. A modification to partially fund option year 1 with ARRA funds is being issued against the delivery order contract which was competitively awarded to Deloitte Consulting LLP for program management support.
