- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Serials Solutions (Proquest, LLC) to renew Serials Solutions 360 resource manager and 360 counter electronic resource management software maintenance and remote hosting. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firmed-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services they must respond to this notice before 1100 hrs (Central Time) on 21 Sep 2009. If no responses are recieved by the above date, a sole source contract will be awarded to Serials Solutions (Proquest, LLC).
