- RECOVERY - Firm Fixed Price Solicitation. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office, Reno, NV has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for parking lot paving on BLM Land In Nevada. Parking lot paving will be performed in Eureka County, Nevada. It is the intent of the Government to competitively award this requirement in support of this approved project as a Small Business Set Aside procurement. The receipt of the award is contingent on the recipient's meeting the requirements in Section 1512 of the Recovery Act.
