- Service Contract Act Wage Determinations Performance Work Statement, Performance Plan, Pics Solicitation Hill AFB has a requirement for gravel crushing service. The contractor must be able to provide the service to crush and stockpile 42,000 tons of gravel to 1" minus road grade. This service will be performed at the Utah Training and Test Range (UTTR). The gravel is contained in three separate pits and the contractor will be required to service the three pits during the specified periods. A site visit is scheduled for 0800 (MST) on Thursday 24 September 2009. All contractors interested in attending this event must meet at the Dugway Proving Grounds Main Gate at 0800 hrs (MST). In addition, interested vendors must notify me of their intent to attend this event no later than (NLT) 1400 (2:00 PM MST) on Tuesday 22 September 2009. This site visit is highly encouraged; however, it is not required. See the attachment for the updated performance work statement, performance plan, and pictures.
