- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) desires to make certain changes in the space occupied by the Internal Revenue Service office located at 425 State St, La Crosse, Wisconsin. These changes are necessary for the efficient operation of this Government Agency. Work to include, but not limited to: demolition of some interior walls, installation of new walls, carpet installation, painting, electrical/data/communications/infrastructure work, and balancing of HVAC. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. Small business concerns, including HUBZone, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, disadvantaged and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a negotiated best value procurement. Best value method will be used to determine awardees. Evaluation factors will consist of Past Performance and Total Evaluated Price. The solicitation will be posted on or about October 2, 2009. A pre-proposal conference and walk-through will be held for this project at a date to be determined. Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). FedBizOpps provides secure access to acquisition-related information, synopsis, pre-solicitation notices and amendments. FedBizOpps is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives including the Central Contractor Registration (www.CCR.gov) database, and is available for use by all Federal agencies. Registration in both CCR and the FedBizOpps website is required in order to download solicitation documents and is used to validate vendor identity. Lack of registration in these systems will make an offeror ineligible to download the solicitation and ineligible for the award.
