The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) hereby announces its intention to issue a solicitation DTFAAC-09-R-00243 for the procurement of Flight Planning Services required by Aviation System Standards, Flight Inspection Operations Division. This effort is a competitive acquisition in accordance with AMS 3.2.2.3.
