- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg intends to issue a solicitation for a contractor to provide SiteCore Content Management Software (CMS) Software and Training for the Civilian Personnel Management Service. The contract type is anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract. This contract is anticipated to be solicited as a small-business set-aside. The procurement is being issued with a North American Commercial Code of 511210 Software Publishers with a size standard of $25,000,000.00. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with Central Contractor Registration (the website may be accessed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov). The entire solicitation will be issued electronically at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ or www.fbo.gov/ on or about 18 September 2009 under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0508; paper copies will not be available. The solicitation, attachments, and specifications will only be available by downloading the document from the ASFI website. All prospective offerors are responsible for obtaining any amendments or any other information from the ASFI website. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the website frequently/daily for the solicitation and any posted changes to the solicitation. When issued, the solicitation will specify the actual date and time for proposal receipt. No telephone requests will be honored.
