- Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Advanced Educational Products, Inc. of Buffalo, NY, to procure student and instructor textbooks. See attached list. The USACRC has executed several contracts for books and has found that Advanced Educational Products Inc. has been the only vendor capable of executing our complete orders. This vendor is fully capable of finding the books and completing the orders in a very timely manner. Executing thorough this vendor is critical to sustaining and maintaining a level of support required by the USACRC. The USACRC has purchased textbooks from this vendor on other occasions and is fully satisfied with their product, delivery, customer service and support. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at jonathan.lehmann@us.army.mil. no later than 21 September 2009, 05:00 pm EST.
