- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PP-10-R-0004. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) Wastewater Treatment Facility, Eunice, Lea County, New Mexico. The proposed procurement will be competed as an Unrestricted LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Available). NAICS is 237110/SIC 1629, with a size standard of $33.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. The offerors attention is directed to Section 00100 in the Solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. Plans will be issued on or about October 01, 2009, with offers due on or about October 30 2009. This solicitation will not be issued on paper. WORK CONSISTS of the construction of a replacement waste water treatment facility for the city of Eunice, Lea County, New Mexico. This project will be advertised as a Request for Proposal. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. Evaluation by the Government will result in selection of a firm that represents the lowest price technically acceptable proposal to the Government. Proposed procurement will result in a firm fixed price contract. Additionally, a paper form for registration may be obtained from the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only. Notification of amendments shall be made via Internet only, as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
