- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS THAT HAVE BEEN AWARDED EPA RCRA ENFORCEMENT, PERMITTING AND ASSISTANCE IV (REPA4) ZONE 2 CONTRACTS. The purpose of this notice to announce the award of Task Order #4014 to TechLaw, Inc. (EP-W-07-074) from the RCRA Enforcement, Permitting and Assistance IV (REPA4) contracts Request For Offer TBA1 and to obligate funding in the amount of $570,000.00. The full requirement was competed under task order #4014, however each of the six sites under the #4014 requirement was placed under individual task orders (the aggregrate totaling $570,000.00). The period of performance will be from September 11, 2009 through June 30, 2010. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO BE AWARDED TO EXISTING CONTRACTHOLDERS. REQUESTS AND/OR INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.
