- Solicitation/Statement of Work RECOVERY - WEST COAST COLLABORATIVE SUPPORT NOTICE - THIS CONTRACT WILL BE FUNDED WITH FUNDS FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT. This opportunity is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE; and therefore, only small business vendors are eligible to compete. This FedBizOpps posting is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Request for Quotes, for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This announcement and attachment constitute the only solicitation that will be posted. Quotes are being requested and the written solicitation with full details is attached herein. No negotiations/discussions will result from offers received. Offers must be based on, and in compliance with, the information contained/required in the attached solicitation document. Interested vendors should refer to the INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS provision for detailed instructions on what must be submitted for your quote to be responsive and considered. General Overview: The West Coast Collaborative is a partnership between the EPA and other government and private sector groups along the West Coast. The group is part of EPA's National Clean Diesel Campaign and is a forum for information sharing and diesel emission reductions strategies. This procurement is in support of the groups efforts. Work will include Web Site Support Services and Meeting Facilitation Support. The complete and detailed Statement of Work is attached to the Solicitation document, identified as "Attachment A".
