- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for Private Investigator services for the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System (EKHCS), VA Medical Center, Topeka, KS and VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, KS; Reference VA-255-09-RP-0144. Contractor shall assist the Federal Office of Workers Compensation program on investigations of compensation cases and must be able to work weekdays, irregular hours including weekends and holidays. Contract will be for a base period of one year estimated to begin May 1, 2009 (or date of award) through April 30, 2010 with option to renew four (4) additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Factors, Past Performance and Price in accordance with the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. Request for Proposal will be available on or about March 11, 2009. Due date for receipt of offers is April 6, 2009, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is April 23, 2009.
