- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a commercial service acquisition for Modification of Flange Pump Column Pipe. The requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (SAP) and is set-aside for small businesses. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 332710 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Large businesses are encouraged to respond in the event that no responsive small business submits reasonable price quotes. It is anticipated that a Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about September 17, 2009 and the date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about September 24, 2009 at 4:00 pm Arizona Time, however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. A RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce, and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. R09PS34135 will be issued via www.fbo.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after September 17, 2009 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered.
