- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Treasury Department, intends to award a sole source order with the Association of Supervisors of Banks of the Americas (ASBA) for a one year membership. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 pm on September 23, 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of a proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. The OCC intends to award a sole source contract on September 24, 2009.
