- Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside, the NAICS code 561720, and the size standard is $16.5M. This solicitation is for window, sill, and screen cleaning at the Air Force Institute of Technology. See attached PWS for specific requirements. A site visit for interested vendors will be conducted on 23 September 2009 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Interested vendors must contact Mr. Daniel Sindorf at 937-522-4588 or daniel.sindorf@wpafb.af.mil NLT 12:00 pm EDT on 22 September 2009 to confirm the time and arrangements for the site visit. Proposals will be due NLT 12:00 pm EDT 25 September 2009 and must be submitted VIA EMAIL ONLY to daniel.sindorf@wpafb.af.mil. Performance shall begin NLT 30 September 2009. Interested vendors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration, have a CAGE code, and have completed Online Representations and Certifications at the time their proposals are submitted. Vendors submitting proposals that have not completed all actions necessary to be eligible for award of a Government contract will not be considered.
