- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Workplace Elements, LLC, 2501 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(iii). Workplace Elements, LLC. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is for Replacement and upgrade of 460 SFC Office Furniture and workstations. This product will be provided to 20 N Aspen St (Stop 87), Bldg 620, Buckley AFB, CO 80011. Delivery is no later than 30 Days ADC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
