- The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Finance Staff intends to award a sole source purchase order to The Corporate Executive Board Company - Government Finance. Membership in Government Finance Roundtable provides Member with access to research content and access to individual membership services over the term of the membership term: Access to the Annual Executive Retreat Meeting for one individual from the Member Organization. Access to Government Finance Roundtable web site, print publications and decision support tools. Access to Government Finance Roundtable teleconferences/webinars. An assigned account team which proactively supports the Member Organization in achieving its strategic priorities by connecting the senior-most finance executive with appropriate resourced provided by Corporate Executive Board's Government Finance Roundtable. All responsible sources may submit a response identifying their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
