This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement; Faith Barracks Renovation Repair Building C-1647. It is the intent of the Government to award a Task Order on an existing Multiple Award Task Order Contract. The task order is firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220; Estimated Magnitude is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of repair and renovate the existing buildings C-1647 to provide excellent living quarters for the 4th BCT soldiers. Repair windows, doors and replace locksets to improve security. Provide screens for all windows, repair and paint interior walls and ceilings, and exterior walls, repair mold and mildewed areas. In rooms, replace bath vanities and toilets and replace flooring as needed. Install new signage, repair and improve the dayroom and kitchen areas. Restore the HVAC systems, install a complete automatic sprinkler system, and upgrade/repair the existing fire alarm system.
