This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement; Faith Barracks Renovation Replace Failing CW/HW Distribution Piping Serving Faith Barracks Complex. It is the intent of the Government to award a Task Order on an existing Multiple Award Task Order Contract. The task order is firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220; Estimated Magnitude is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of replace Failing CW/HW Distribution Piping Serving Faith Barracks Complex to provide excellent living quarters for the 4th BCT soldiers. Replace all chilled water and MTHW underground piping serving the 4th BCT Compound. Provide a pre-engineered underground cooling and heating distribution system. Existing piping can remain if buried deep enough to allow installation of new. Extent of work shall be from service manhole at central plant C-2337 and extend to all building mechanical rooms in 4th BCT Compound.
