- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912CM-09-T-0284. WCC intends to competitively award a FFP order for one each Backhoe Loader, air conditioning, ride control and 4 in 1 multi purpose front bucket (on the road operation approval). Diesel engine, min. 4 cylinders, min. 4.4 l, min. displacement 67 kW at 2200 rpm net flywheel power according to the EC Directive. Drive: four-wheel drive, manually engaged or by brake pedal during all wheel operation. Steering: Fully hydrostatic. Cabin: ROPS protection. Min. operational weight: 9200 kg. Backhoe Loader shall comply with all applicable DIN, UVV, VDE and European Union regulations and be GS approved. Time of delivery: 150 days after date of order. Earlier delivery is highly encouraged at no additional cost to the US Government. Delivery is FOB destination Vicenca, Italy, via commercial shipment. Procurement is being conducted IAW requirements of FAR Part 13, Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 12. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912CM-09-T-0284 will be issued on or about 17 Sep 09 with a closing date of on or about 25 Sep 09. A copy of the RFQ may be requested in writing from Ms. Rostock-Clements by email: roswitha.rostockclementsv@us.army.mil The request shall have the RFQ number as the subject line, the request shall include the requestors complete name and address, telephone and fax number as well an email address.
