- Description
- Furnish and install 40-mil. Duro-Last Roofing System over existing roofing on two maintenance buildings, approximately 22,979 total Sq. Ft (including parapet walls). Wrap roofing up interior and over top of all parapet walls. Provide Duro-Last roof terminations at all roof mounted equipment, roof drains, scuppers and parapet walls. Two-way breather vents will be installed per Duro-Last requirements. Provide 15 year manufactures warranty. Seal all roof penetrations as necessary. Furnish and install one (1) 24 VLF aluminum access ladder with safety cage, security door, and parapet return on the West side of building. Provide daily and final cleanup of all areas affected by this scope of work. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Phoenix, Arizona. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT HHSI161200900005I.
